You can request deletion of your GTAM Sculpt account and personal data at any time — no login required.
Email support@gtamsculpt.com from any email address. Include the email address associated with your GTAM Sculpt account so we can locate it. You do not need to be signed in to the app, and you do not need to still have the app installed.
To protect your account, we confirm the request belongs to the account owner before deleting anything. We may reply asking you to confirm from the account's email address. Once verified, we process the deletion — usually within 48 hours.
When we delete your account, your personal data is removed immediately upon confirmation, including workouts, sets, personal records, nutrition and lifestyle logs, sleep, hydration, steps, and friend / group / challenge relationships. We retain only what we are legally required to keep — billing and financial records required under Norwegian accounting law (typically 5 years) — and deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged. If you can open the app, you can also delete your account directly from Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. That self-service option deletes the same data immediately. The email option above is provided for anyone who cannot or does not want to sign in.
