GTAM Sculpt is a monthly subscription service. This policy explains how refunds work for Founding Member and Standard Membership subscriptions.
If you are unhappy with your GTAM Sculpt membership, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@gtamsculpt.com. After 7 days, your first payment is non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges (see Cancellation below). EU/EEA customers: if you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This 14-day window applies in place of the standard 7-day policy above. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Because GTAM Sculpt is a recurring subscription, each monthly renewal charge is billed automatically on your billing date unless you cancel beforehand. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of genuine billing error (for example, being charged after you already cancelled).
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal (Settings > Manage Subscription in the app, or directly at account.greaterthananythingme.com). Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid — you will retain access to your membership until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you cancel a Founding Member subscription, your locked-in $14.99/month rate is not guaranteed to be available if you resubscribe later. Founding Member spots are limited and rate-locked only for continuous, uninterrupted subscriptions.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge, or charged after cancellation), contact support@gtamsculpt.com with your order number and we will investigate and issue a corrective refund where appropriate.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, processed through Shopify Payments. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
