By creating an account or using GTAM Sculpt (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. GTAM Sculpt is operated by Greater Than Anything Me, based in Norway.
You must be at least 16 years old to use GTAM Sculpt. This threshold applies uniformly to all users regardless of country of residence, in order to satisfy the digital-consent age applicable across all European Union and European Economic Area member states under Article 8 of the GDPR. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact us at support@gtamsculpt.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. This right of withdrawal is separate from, and in addition to, your ability to cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4 (Membership & Billing).
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, failures of third-party service providers including our cloud hosting, database, or AI providers, power outages, or pandemics. During such an event, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as practicable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gtamsculpt.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
GTAM Sculpt is offered as a paid subscription (Founding Member or Standard Membership). All purchases, billing, and subscription management take place through our storefront at gtamsculpt.com, operated via Shopify. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal linked in Settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@gtamsculpt.com. Founding Member pricing, where offered, is locked at the rate in effect at the time of your original purchase for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption. If you cancel and later resubscribe, current pricing at the time of resubscription will apply.
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to access another user's account without authorization • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the App's underlying systems • Upload false or misleading information in Group Challenges or leaderboard features • Use the App to harass, threaten, or abuse other users through Friends or Group features We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
GTAM Sculpt provides fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. See our full Medical Disclaimer for details. You should consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical condition.
The App uses AI (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate training plans, coaching responses, and nutrition estimates. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. Always use your own judgment and consult a professional where relevant. AI coaching responses are clearly labeled as AI-generated.
If you use Friends, Groups, Group Challenges, or Head-to-Head features, your display name, activity, and relevant performance stats may be visible to users you connect with, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you choose to log or share through these features.
The App, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by Greater Than Anything Me. You retain ownership of the personal data and content you log (workouts, notes, etc.), subject to our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTAM Sculpt and Greater Than Anything Me are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability arising from fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protections afforded to you by mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence in relation to consumer disputes. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumers in the EU, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in such proceedings, but you are entitled to use this platform.
Termination for violation of these Terms. If we terminate your account for violating these Terms, you will receive notice of the reason where possible, and may appeal the decision by contacting support@gtamsculpt.com within 14 days. Any unused portion of your current billing period is non-refundable in cases of termination for cause. Termination for billing reasons. If your account is suspended due to failed payment, you will be notified and given 7 days to update your payment method before your account access is paused. Your data will be retained for 30 days during this period before deletion, consistent with our Privacy Policy's Data Retention section. Data on termination. Following termination of your account for any reason, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy's Data Retention section. You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Privacy > Delete My Account.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including session notes, group names, display names, and other user-generated content ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App to you and, where applicable, to other users you have chosen to connect with, such as friends or group members. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except where retention is required under our Data Retention policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
